Last year, revisions to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP) established new requirements for the rapid discovery and production of electronic evidence, including email. To meet these requirements, many companies have turned to email archiving solutions for essential retention policy management, e-Discovery and litigation hold capabilities.
