Ms. Naddeo, who has experience in the areas of fraud and forensic investigations, accounting and auditing issues, securities litigation and financial statement restatements, will serve as a Manager in the firm?s New York office. She will be responsible for assisting organizations and their counsel with matters involving alleged financial statement fraud as well as fraud perpetrated by rogue employees. ?Nicole?s experience with assisting counsel in fraud litigation cases and internal investigations will add to the strong knowledge base of our team,? said Carl W. Nicole Naddeo, 28, was formerly a Manager at Ernst & Young?s Fraud and Investigative Dispute Services practice. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the States of New Jersey, New York and the District of Columbia as well as a Certified Fraud Examiner with six years of experience in accounting for private and publicly traded businesses. She has been involved in high profile financial statement fraud cases, helping counsel identify relevant documents during discovery and prepare for depositions of witnesses concerning testimony that involves the application of accounting, auditing and financial reporting matters.
