Most recently Ms. Jackson was with Unisys where she ran Unisys' Austin ITIL-based outsourcing environment supporting 60 North American and global customers. In this role she worked with clients at all stages of ITIL maturity, and drove the implementation of the ITIL framework across customer?s silos globally, while leading the Unisys team in record growth and portfolio evolution. Prior to Unisys, she managed LAN/WAN design and implementation, providing consulting services for school districts nationwide.
