Jeffrey A. Barnes, a member of the firm’s Real Estate Group, focuses his practice on complex real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, subleasing, management and brokerage of real property. He has spearheaded a number of significant commercial real estate transactions, including major industrial build-to-suit leases, joint venture developments, corporate headquarter leases and sale-leasebacks. Mr. Barnes received his J.D. from the University of Richmond in 1998 and his B.S. from Towson University in 1995. He is resident in Venable’s Baltimore office.
