Brian L. Flack is a member of the firm's Environmental Group and concentrates his practice on criminal and civil environmental litigation, compliance counseling and assisting clients in conducting internal investigations. He has represented companies and individuals in connection with government investigations, grand jury proceedings, and trials involving all aspects of environmental and safety laws, including the Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, RCRA and OSHA. Mr. Flack received his J.D. from Pace University Law School in 1998 and his B.S. from Pennsylvania State University in 1994. He is resident in Venable's Washington office.
