Ze’-ev Eiger Partner Morrison & Foerster

Mr. Eiger’s practice focuses on securities and other corporate transactions for both foreign and domestic companies. He represents issuers, investment bankers and financial intermediaries, and investors in financing transactions, including public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities.

Mr. Eiger received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and B.A. from the University of Virginia. He joined the firm in 2004 and was Of Counsel prior to his election to the partnership.

He is a member of the Capital Markets Group in the Business Department and resident in the New York office.
