In addition, he has been a panel moderator in annual IOSCO and other conferences, as well as a guest lecturer at universities and other institutions in the United States and abroad.

Joseph Small, partner-in-charge of the Washington, D.C. office, said, ?We are delighted to have Irv join our Washington office. He will add a wealth of additional experience to our already strong securities enforcement practice.?

Mr. Pollack received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School in 1942 and his B.A., cum laude, from Brooklyn College in 1938.
