Specifically, ARI will implement Softrax solutions for revenue management, complex billing, renewal management, business intelligence, and professional services automation.

ARI provides a range of products and services, including catalog publishing, marketing, consulting and other electronic services to over 29,000 equipment dealers and distributors operating in 89 countries. ARI has been using customized systems in conjunction with another accounting software package to manage all aspects of their complex financial operations. But given the expansion of products and services provided to an increasing number of customers, they felt it was important to standardize on contemporary, commercially-available software in order to increase efficiency and to enable better decision-making through better information.
