Capital Printing Systems (?Capital?), a leader in financial data and documentation services, has announced the formation of a strategic relationship with Rivet? Software, a leader in interactive business software solutions. This agreement positions Capital to offer its clients the most comprehensive and flexible suite of XBRL? (eXtensible Business Reporting Language) solutions that are reshaping corporate reporting, financial disclosure and investment analysis.

"Capital was formed with a single intent to provide clients with the flexibility, attention and focus necessary to ensure a superior customer service experience,? said John Bartlett, president and chief operating officer of Capital Printing Systems. ?By investing in new XBRL technology solutions, we are paying close attention to ever-changing market dynamics in an era of enhanced scrutiny and greater transparency. We chose to work with Rivet because they are not only a pioneer in this area but they are working diligently with the SEC to maintain and modernize the EDGAR system.?

?We are excited about our relationship with Capital, since it is our belief that the synergy developed through strategic partnerships such as this is one of the keys to furthering the adoption of XBRL and interactive data,? said Robert Rohan, executive vice president of Rivet. ?We focus on developing interactive data solutions that conform to new global reporting standards and improve efficiencies in corporate reporting and financial analysis. Capital?s strong presence in SEC filing services and the investment community makes this a natural alliance.?

In working with Rivet, Capital clients can choose from a complete software and service offering or opt for a self-service software-only model to create XBRL documents for participating in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) Voluntary Filing Program (VFP). Specific Rivet solutions include the following:

? Dragon Tag?, a Microsoft? Office-based product for creating XBRL documents that has been used by over 40 percent of the companies participating in the SEC VFP

? Dragon View?, a robust XBRL taxonomy and instance document viewer that enables exporting information into Microsoft Excel? and forms the basis of the forthcoming SEC XBRL viewer prototype

? Crossfire? Analyst, the first business-focused application to deliver a fully scalable solution that enables organizations to easily collect and analyze XBRL data

? SEC Markup Package, a complete software and service offering for creating and reviewing XBRL documents for submission to the SEC
