alfabet, a leading provider of strategic IT planning and Business IT Management solutions, has announced that Forrester Research, Inc. has recognized the company as a leader in Enterprise Architecture Management Suites (EAMS), according to the April 2nd, 2013 report, “The Forrester WaveTM: EA Management Suites, Q2 2013” written by Tim DeGennaro.

The report gave alfabet the highest score over all vendors on its current offering. In addition, alfabet received the highest score for current offering in three of the four use case scenarios the products were also evaluated on.

Forrester evaluated the ten most significant EAMS software providers. These providers were selected from more than 20 possible vendor choices according to their ability to demonstrate "a focus on management, governance, and analysis… support across a broad set of EA objectives… [and] ability to create informative and consumable views of EA data".

According to the Forrester report, leaders in this evaluation "provide a vast amount of prebuilt content, including dashboards, workflows, and analyses that reflect best practices, and can be used to help guide a customer’s maturation. This is in addition to the ability to configure and customize to client-specific needs."
