Enterprise-class financial software company BlackLine Systems was honoured at Computer Weekly European User Awards for Software, winning ‘Supplier of the Year’, for its work implementing account reconciliation and financial close software to automate traditionally manual accounting processes at Pan-European insurance provider Achmea.  BlackLine also was shortlisted in the ‘Private Sector Project of the Year’ category.  The award nominations highlighted the benefits and ROI BlackLine’s flagship Financial Close Suite has brought to accountancy departments across the globe.

The awards series, hosted by UK-wide IT publication Computer Weekly, honours IT professionals across the UK and Europe that have provided an “excellent approach to technology.”  The awards focus on five key areas: networking, security, software, storage and datacentre.
